How Kirkify.io collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes Google account information and creative content.

Kirkify.io (also referred to as Kirkify) provides AI face swaps, parody and meme creation, and image and video generation tools at kirkify.io. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the website, sign in, generate content, make a purchase, or contact support. For privacy questions, contact support@kirkify.io.

Our homepage, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service are public and do not require Google sign-in. Signing in is needed for account features such as generating content, managing credits, and viewing your creation history.
Kirkify.io is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Charlie Kirk, Turning Point USA, or the providers of models available through our interface.
When you choose Google Sign-In, Google provides your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status, and profile picture if available. Our authentication system also processes OAuth tokens and session information to verify your identity and maintain your sign-in.
We use this information to:
We request basic sign-in permissions, including Google email and profile permissions. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or Google Photos library, and do not post to Google on your behalf. Media you upload to Kirkify.io is separate from the profile information received through Google Sign-In.
Google sign-in information and OAuth tokens are not supplied as prompts or media inputs to AI generation providers. We do not use Google account data to train AI models, sell it, or use it for targeted advertising. Signing in with Google does not authorize us to access your private media libraries.
We use this information to deliver the requested service, manage accounts and payments, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate reports, and maintain and improve the website.
We share information needed to provide the relevant service with the following categories of recipients:
We do not sell Google account information, uploaded media, or generated results. We may disclose relevant records where required by law or necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, or defend our legal rights. Access by operators is limited to service administration, support, security, and abuse handling.
Do not assume that uploaded media or generated results are confidential. Kirkify.io provides public result pages, media URLs, and community galleries. A person with a result or media link may be able to view the original upload and generated output without signing in.
When a creation is included in a public gallery, the displayed information can include the original media, generated result, prompt or creation details, display name, and profile picture. Gallery features allow a creator or an administrator to add or remove gallery entries. Removal from a gallery does not by itself disable a result page or its direct media URLs.
Only upload media you have permission to use and that is suitable for these sharing features. Use available gallery controls or contact support@kirkify.io to request removal of a public creation or creator attribution. Copies already downloaded or shared by other people may remain outside our control.
We store account and authentication records in our application database and uploaded media and generated results in object storage so we can provide results, downloads, and account history. Images are not always deleted immediately after processing.

Retention at external AI, analytics, payment, and infrastructure providers can differ from retention in Kirkify.io. Where a backup, log, or legally required record cannot be removed immediately, it may remain until the applicable retention cycle or obligation ends. We do not promise deletion from third-party copies we do not control.
We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days, subject to identity verification and applicable requirements. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. We do not charge you to report abusive content.
Kirkify.io is intended for lawful creative work, parody, and memes. We prohibit creating, uploading, requesting, or distributing AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), sexual or nude depictions of real people, sexual exploitation of minors, and face swaps involving minors. We also prohibit harassment, deceptive impersonation, and using someone's likeness without the rights and permissions required for that use. A public photograph or Google sign-in does not grant permission to depict someone in intimate content.
We do not permit Google APIs or Google account data to be used through Kirkify.io to create, facilitate, or distribute AI NCII. Our basic Google sign-in permissions do not provide access to private photo libraries or personal files.
To report prohibited content or request removal, email support@kirkify.io with the subject Content safety / NCII report, the content or result URL, and a short explanation. The person depicted or an authorized representative can report content without a Kirkify.io account. Do not send additional intimate images, passwords, or identity documents in your initial report.
We review reports and may remove content, restrict access, or suspend or terminate accounts under our Terms of Service. We use report information to investigate, communicate about the request, and keep necessary abuse-prevention records. These rules do not mean that every upload or output has been reviewed or that automated detection catches every violation.
We use HTTPS for website connections, authenticated access for account operations, and server-side authorization for protected actions. Service credentials are handled on the server. No system can guarantee complete security, and publicly accessible media links are not a substitute for private storage.
Session cookies keep you signed in; other cookies or local storage can remember preferences, referral information, or dismissal of notices. Analytics cookies depend on the services enabled on the website. See our Cookie Policy. Blocking authentication cookies can prevent account features from working, while public pages remain available.
The service is not intended for children under 13, and face-swap content involving minors is prohibited. If you believe a child has provided personal information or appears in prohibited content, contact support@kirkify.io so we can investigate and address it.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. The destination and safeguards depend on the service provider and applicable requirements.
We will publish changes here with an updated date and provide additional notice where required for material changes. This policy applies to Kirkify.io; external services have their own policies.
