  • Technical Issues: If you experienced technical problems that prevented you from using our service, and our support team was unable to resolve them.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase.

What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund?

  • Credits that have already been used to generate images or videos
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (as AI outputs can vary)
  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Subscription renewals (you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges)

How to Request a Refund

  2. Order/transaction ID
  3. Detailed reason for the refund request
  4. Any relevant screenshots or documentation

Refund Processing

  • We will review your request within 5 business days
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription plans:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
